• The role combines financial counseling, insurance coordination, collections support, and patient advocacy.
• You will help identify and resolve issues involving registration, billing, authorizations, claims, and financial assistance programs.
• Strong communication and empathy are essential when working with patients and families about sensitive financial matters.
• The position is fully remote, while candidates must reside in the Northeast Ohio area and work a daytime schedule.
