We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker / Product Development Technician (100%) to join our Atelier-Team in Wollerau, Switzerland , with immediate effect or by agreement.

Working closely with our design, product development and atelier teams, you will help transform designs into beautifully fitted, production-ready garments while ensuring they are practical and efficient for industrial manufacturing.

What we're looking for

3–5+ years of professional pattern making experience

Knowledge of any CAD system, Gerber Technology preferred

Excellent tailoring skills

Experience with high-stretch jersey fabrics

Grading experience and understanding of industrial production

Strong communication skills with factories

Good English skills (German is an advantage)

A collaborative, hands-on mindset and a passion for continuous learning

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of patterns and garment specifications from prototype to production

Assist with pattern corrections, grading and fit optimisation

Participate in fit sessions and document technical comments and pattern updates

Measure and evaluate development and production samples against specifications

Prepare technical documentation, size charts and fit comments for manufacturers

Work closely with the design, product development and atelier teams to ensure garments are production-ready
