Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment? As a Payments Support Specialist , you will be responsible for keying client transactions quickly and accurately. You’ll monitor payment processes, handle internal and external queries, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across teams to meet SLAs and uphold service standards. If you’re proactive, results-driven, with great attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you! Working hours Monday to Friday, 10.30 am – 7.30 pm.
Please note: For this position, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must already have the permanent legal right to work in the country they apply to and be able to start and maintain employment without visa support from Convera.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Monitoring Payments case queue to ensure SLAs are met consistently.
Completing data-entry tasks related to payment processing such as booking incoming funds and scheduling payments out of holding.
Timely actioning tasks that arise from manual reporting.
Ensuring that all relevant information is input accurately and completely into ECM and GlobalPay+ and is updated each time an action is carried out.
Maintaining effective relationships with Operations, Support, Dealing, Relationship Management and Account Management teams to maximize and sustain service quality for all customers.
Maintaining focus on personal and team goals, achieving set KPIs and maintaining high quality of work.
You must be ready to cross-skill to assist other teams such as customer support with live client communication.
You Should Apply If You Have:
Data processing experience with high attention to detail.
Experience in a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
Track record of meeting and exceeding targets under tight deadlines.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive in identifying development needs and pursuing growth opportunities.
Skilled at influencing outcomes and solving problems innovatively.
Highly motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet tools.
