The Payroll function is responsible for delivering employee compensation, including wages, bonuses, deductions, and taxes, timely and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing timekeeping data, processing payroll runs, distributing statements, and preparing related reports.

Payroll Analyst II works independently on moderately complex assignments under general supervision. Decisions impact own work and routine deliverables within the payroll domain. This job applies a solid working knowledge of the discipline to solve difficult but non-complex problems, and guides and supports peers earlier in their career. ‎

Key Responsibilities

• •Process standard and non-standard payroll runs for assigned employee populations, managing timekeeping, deductions, garnishments, and off-cycle payments independently.
• •Perform payroll reconciliations and audits prior to and after each pay cycle, identifying and resolving discrepancies with general supervision.
• •Maintain accurate employee payroll records and coordinate changes with HR and Benefits on new hires, terminations, and compensation adjustments.
• •Respond to moderately complex employee inquiries on pay, taxes, and deductions, providing accurate and timely resolution.
• •Support quarterly and year-end payroll compliance activities including tax filings and W-2 preparation.
• •Assist in identifying and documenting process improvements to payroll workflows and controls.

Compensation Range:

$61,226.00 to

$91,839.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
