Payroll Consultant

• As a Payroll Consultant, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients across a diverse, multi-state environment.
• You will oversee payroll cycles ranging from weekly and bi-weekly to semi-monthly and monthly, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• The role combines payroll expertise, client relationship management, compliance, data analysis, and process improvement.
• You will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing guidance on payroll practices, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
• You will also collaborate with tax, benefits, HRIS, and other internal teams to address complex payroll matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Working with modern payroll technologies, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and strengthen operational controls.
