We are seeking

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and oversee Bitdeer’s end-to-end payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, managing payroll tax filings and reporting, and serving as the primary subject matter expert for ADP. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, hands-on leader who brings deep technical payroll knowledge and thrives in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

What you will be responsible for

• •Manage and oversee the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment for all employees across multiple pay groups and locations.
• •Serve as the primary ADP system administrator and subject matter expert, maintaining system configuration, earning and deduction codes, and integrations.
• •Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and tax requirements.
• •Oversee payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
• •Review and audit payroll data, timekeeping records, and employee changes to ensure accuracy prior to each payroll run.
• •Partner with HR, Finance, and Accounting on new hires, terminations, compensation changes, benefit deductions, and bonus payments.
• •Prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and reports to support month-end close, audits, and management reporting.
• •Develop, document, and continuously improve payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• •Resolve complex payroll issues and employee inquiries promptly, accurately, and confidentially.
• •Support internal and external audits and ensure payroll records are maintained in accordance with retention requirements.
• •Lead, train, and mentor payroll team members as the function scales.

How you will stand out

• •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• •8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including full-cycle payroll processing and payroll tax compliance.
• •3+ years of hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems.
• •Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including multi-state payroll and tax requirements.
• •Proven experience with payroll reconciliations, general ledger entries, and audit support.
• •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• •High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.
• •Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• •Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is preferred.
• •Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred
