Payroll Specialist

Roles And Responsibilities:

Registration and maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control)

Maintenance of organizational structure

Absence /attendance registration and handling

Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries)

Preparation and delivery of reports

Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone

Producing the contracts and other employment related documentation Maintaining physical and / or electronical archive

To solve problems and be a case manager for complex multi-functional issues.

Train and guide other team members.

Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position.

Required Qualifications & Experience

3-5 years of progressive experience in payroll operations, with significant exposure to multiple EMEA and EU countries.

Hands-on, in-depth experience with SAP Payroll (SAP HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll).

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; fluent in English (additional EU languages an advantage).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.
