People Insights Data & Application Management Lead

As a People Insights Data & Application Management Lead, you will help build a trusted, scalable data foundation that enables better workforce decisions. You will shape HR data strategy, quality, governance, integrations, and availability across enterprise systems and analytics platforms. Your work will directly support reporting, people analytics, operational excellence, and strategic HR initiatives. You’ll collaborate with technical teams, HR data specialists, and business partners to turn complex requirements into practical data solutions.
