Job Summary:

The People Operations Generalist supports the day-to-day administration of the employee lifecycle and serves as a key operational resource within the Human Resources team. This position is responsible for coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records and HR systems, tracking professional licenses and compliance requirements, assisting HR Management with performance management, coordinating employee recognition programs, and providing backup administrative support for employee benefits and leaves of absence.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable independently managing multiple processes, systems, and deadlines. This position requires sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to coordinate effectively across Human Resources, IT, Office Services, employees, and firm leadership.
