Position: Staff Pharmacist – Specialty Pharmacy

Bring your specialty pharmacy expertise to an organization committed to delivering the highest level of personalized care. Our pharmacists play a vital role in supporting patients with complex and chronic conditions. In this role, you will:

• •Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• •Utilize your patient education skills to strengthen relationships between pharmacy and clinical teams.
• •Engage with cutting-edge practices and technologies while contributing to a culture of shared knowledge and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience in patient education
• •Specialty pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
• •Sterile compounding expertise
• •Board Certification (e.g., BCOP, BCPS)
• •Familiarity with automated dispensing cabinet systems and controlled substance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• •Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience
• •Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• •Current New York State pharmacist licensure
