Performance Controller (f/m/d) | Financial Performance Management

Your responsibilities

• •Prepare monthly management reporting , including actual vs. target analysis, and support the planning process
• •Extract, validate and analyze large data volumes from different sources
• •Turn complex data into clear visualizations and management presentations
• •Prepare ad hoc analyses and special evaluations to support business decisions
• •Develop and optimize controlling processes, reporting tools and data quality
• •Identify opportunities to make financial performance management more efficient and transparent

Your profile

• •University degree in Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field , ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling
• •Several years of relevant experience in controlling, financial performance management, management reporting or a comparable role are an advantage
• •Confident user of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Analysis for Office and MS Office , particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Think-Cell is a plus
• •Strong analytical and conceptual thinking , combined with an affinity for numbers and digital tools
• •Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
• •Fluent in German and English and comfortable working in an international environment
• •Independent, proactive and structured working style with a strong team-oriented mindset
