Performance Creative Designer

About Us

We are a performance-driven creative team producing paid social creatives for global brands and startups.

We combine strong creative thinking, AI-powered workflows, and performance marketing principles to create ads that drive results at scale.

This is not a traditional production designer role. We’re looking for someone who can contribute ideas, develop concepts, and bring them to life through strong design and motion execution.

We’re looking for a designer who can think beyond execution, contribute creative ideas, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• •Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on brand goals and marketing objectives
• •Research competitors, market trends, and creative references
• •Translate insights into performance-driven creative ideas
• •Create static and motion-based paid social creatives across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• •Produce multiple creative variations for testing and optimization
• •Create motion graphics and video edits using After Effects
• •Adapt creatives across multiple formats and placements
• •Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Growth teams
• •Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, production, and iteration workflows

Requirements

• •Strong visual design skills and a strong sense of aesthetics
• •Strong proficiency in After Effects and motion design
• •Ability to create both static and video creatives
• •Ability to understand different brands and adapt creative styles accordingly
• •Ability to develop creative concepts and visual directions, not just execute existing ideas
• •Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention-grabbing creative
• •Comfortable using AI tools throughout the creative process
• •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
• •Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly
• •Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• •Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Bonus Points

• •Experience creating paid social or performance marketing creatives
• •Experience working with startups, digital products, apps, or consumer brands
• •Experience with creative testing frameworks and performance-driven iteration
• •Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Freepik AI, or similar AI tools
