About the opportunity

At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Personal Care Assistant , you’ll make a genuine difference when it’s needed the most.

• •Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health.
• •Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
• •Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information.
• •Preferred availability during the evening, overnight and weekends.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• •Valid police check
• •Relevant Certificate III or IV qualifications
