About the Role

Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:

• •Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• •Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• •Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
• •Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
• •Be a friend to our residents
• •Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

• •A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• •A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• •Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• •Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
