Personal Care Supervisor

Description

Great personal care starts with listening. First Choice Personal Care is seeking a Personal Care Supervisor who will support our caregivers, stay connected with clients and families, and help ensure every client receives dependable, compassionate care at home.

In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients and caregivers. You’ll follow up on care needs, address concerns, maintain accurate records, and help our team deliver the level of service clients deserve.

Requirements

What you’ll do

• •Check in with clients to make sure their care needs are being met and they feel safe and supported at home.
• •Communicate with caregivers, provide guidance, and help resolve service concerns promptly.
• •Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
• •Maintain detailed client and agency records and support compliance with Idaho regulations.
• •Use Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer systems to organize information and complete daily work.

What you bring

• •Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellent client service.
• •Experience supervising, coaching, or supporting a team.
• •The ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and follow through on commitments.
• •Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• •Dependable transportation and the ability to meet applicable background and driving requirements.
• •At least one year of in-office home health or personal care experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with similar supervisory experience. A degree in gerontology, psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field is also preferred.
