Job Description

สรุปงานโดยย่อ:**

ให้บริการและบริหารความมั่งคั่งส่วนบุคคลแก่กลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย โดยเน้นการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า รวมถึงการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการและเป้าหมายทางการเงินของลูกค้า

ความรับผิดชอบ:**

• * บริหารและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย (Affluent/High Net Worth)
• * วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางการเงินของลูกค้า และให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย เช่น เงินฝาก, กองทุนรวม, ประกันชีวิต, หุ้นกู้, และบริการการลงทุนอื่นๆ ของธนาคาร
• * นำเสนอแผนการเงินและการลงทุนที่ปรับให้เหมาะสมกับโปรไฟล์ความเสี่ยงและเป้าหมายของลูกค้าแต่ละราย
• * ติดตามผลการลงทุนและประสิทธิภาพของพอร์ตโฟลิโอของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และปรับปรุงแผนการลงทุนตามสถานการณ์ตลาดที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป
• * สร้างและรักษาฐานลูกค้าผ่านการแนะนำจากลูกค้าเดิมและช่องทางอื่นๆ ที่เหมาะสม
• * ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและนโยบายของธนาคาร รวมถึงข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด
• * บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายและผลประกอบการตามที่กำหนด
• * เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาความรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์และทักษะที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างต่อเนื่อง

คุณสมบัติ:**

• * ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน การธนาคาร เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• * มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในสายงาน Private Banking, Wealth Management, หรือ Relationship Management จากสถาบันการเงินชั้นนำ
• * มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (Single License) และ/หรือ ใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันชีวิต/ประกันวินาศภัย (ถ้ามีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• * มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย รวมถึงตลาดการเงินและการลงทุนเป็นอย่างดี
• * มีทักษะในการนำเสนอ การเจรจาต่อรอง และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่เป็นเลิศ
• * มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• * มีความมุ่งมั่นในการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• * สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ทั้งฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
