Pest Control Technician- COL

Job Description:

Responsibilities

· Consult customers to understand pest issues and determine the scope

· Resolve customer pest issues

· Apply pesticide or product as directed

· Remove cobwebs around the perimeter of the home

· Set and remove traps as needed

· Provide service notes to clients using PestPac

· Follow the daily route to ensure services are completed efficiently

· Follow all safety procedures and regulations

· Sell new services to existing clients

· Close leads as directed by the sales team and branch manager

· Provide updates to the branch manager as needed

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· 21 years of age

· A high school diploma or G.E.D.

· A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

· Ability to read labels and follow directions

· Basic use of a smartphone

· Enthusiasm for exceptional customer service

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Solid attention to detail

· Availability to work a flexible schedule (between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.)

· Availability to work some weekends

· The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

· The ability to meet the physical demands of the job; walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting & carrying up to 40 lbs.
