AUFGABEN:

  • Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner/innen
  • Durchführung von Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung der Bewohner/innen bei div. Transfers (körperliche Belastung!)
  • Unterstützung der Bewohner/innen bei hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten
  • Führen der Pflegedokumentation am PC

FACHLICHE QUALIFIKATION:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pflegeassistent/in
  • EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse
  • Deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Teamarbeit
  • Wertschätzung und Empathie im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Positive Grundeinstellung
  • Physische und psychische Belastbarkeit
  • Verantwortungsbereitschaft - selbständiges Arbeiten
