Enhanced Pay Rates

We offer enhanced pay rates, with additional top‑up bonuses when specific clinical skills are used during appointments:

£17.92 – £28.00 per appointment (rate varies based on skills used)

Your clinical expertise will directly support individuals in their own homes, improving convenience, comfort, and access to essential care.

Key Requirements

Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience

Own vehicle and willingness to travel up to ~60 miles

Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient focused approach

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

To Be Successful in This Role You Should Have:

A Certificate in Phlebotomy

A minimum of one year of active experience drawing blood

Excellent patient care skills

Immediate Right to Work in the UK
