Job Description:

Pay: $20.10 per hour

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

• Start Date: 11/09/26
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, Full-Time. Must be available to be scheduled between 3am and 10pm. Schedule is based on business needs and is sent three weeks in advance.
• Travel: Throughout Northern Arizona, with an average of 1–5 overnight trips per month as needed. Vitalant covers all meals and hotel accommodations, and a company vehicle is provided for travel.

Training: Phlebotomy training will take place in Tempe during your first 90 days of employment. Training is Monday–Friday, in between the hours of 7:00 AM–4 PM. You will use your own vehicle to commute to Tempe, and we will provide mileage reimbursement.

• No prior phlebotomy experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Most days you’ll conduct a blood drive in one of our buses; other days you’ll interact with donors at one of our local donation centers. Every day you will:
• •Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed
• •Perform blood draws (paid training provided)
• •Manage accurate and organized donor information
• •Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested your career and success
• •Set up, operate, and break down equipment at mobile blood drives
• •Package and transport blood products according to established procedures

• Required Qualifications
• •High school diploma or GED
• •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• •Ability to travel throughout the service area, including overnight hotel stays
• •Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
