Photo Process Engineer

Position: PRODUCT TEHCNOLOGY TEAM, Photo ENGINEER

Location: COVINGTON, GA

JOB SUMMARY

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Lithography and Photo Resist based on the understanding of physics and optics

Own engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting and attain performance target

DOE (Design of experiment) and optimize the Exposure and Photo Resist Condition

Participate cross-organizational team of engineers to identify root cause and failure analysis

Operate process management based on customer specification

Support standardization of recipes and establish SOPs through concrete engineering

Perform statistical process control tasks through the use of statistical tools

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Optic, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or similar disciplines

Experience with module processes such as deposition, lithography, dry etch, plasma drill and thin films and metrology

Familiar with semiconductor integration processes

Effective organizational, interpersonal, and strong communication skills are required

Analytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

semi-conductor fabrication experience or education is required

QUALITIFICATION:

Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meeting commitments

Ability to learn and pick up new technologies very quickly

Highly motivated, driven & hard working

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

EXPERIENCE:

1-year experiences in Semiconductor, PWB, OSAT & Quick Etching preferred but not required

SALARY:

$70,000 - $80,000
