What You’ll Do

As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest — at home. You will:

Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise

Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies

Educate clients and families to promote long-term success

Document care using our intuitive EMR system

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Pay (non new grads), depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation :
• $65.00-$70.00 per point *Bonus for Full Time*

Current Vermont PT license (or eligibility)

Graduation from an accredited PT program

Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
