Physical Therapist - PT | Brooklyn, NY | Part-Time | School Day or After School
- Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide individualized support to a high school student in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents in a school or clinical setting and will be committed to helping students achieve their functional and mobility goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to the assigned high school student.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with the student, family, and school team.
Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistency across school and home environments.
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
Experience working with adolescents or students with special needs preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow school protocols.
Schedule:
During school hours (specific schedule to be discussed with the candidate and school).
