What you'll do

As a Physical Therapist, you'll provide individualized pediatric care while managing your own caseload and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

You'll:

Provide individualized, one-on-one Physical Therapy sessions based on each child's needs and goals

Work with a diverse pediatric population ranging from birth through age 21

Independently manage your caseload and deliver consistent, high-quality care

Collaborate with other rehab professionals to support a whole-child approach to treatment

Partner with the broader team around scheduling, referrals, and coordination of care

Build strong relationships with patients and their families

Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship, training, and professional development

What you'll need

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who:

Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Holds or is eligible to obtain California PT licensure

Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care

Enjoys working with children and their families

Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their caseload

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

Values collaboration with other clinicians

Wants to continue learning and growing professionally

Pediatric experience is preferred.
