PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• •Approximately 140-150 pump cases per year with additional 70-80 other cases by CT surgeons
• •Robust structural heart program including TAVR's, Watchman, and Mitraclip procedures
• •Approximately 1530 cases per month in cath lab and EP lab
• •Includes ability to practice General, Trauma, Ortho, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Peds, and Regional
• •Well-established group of 12 anesthesiologists
• •Medically directed care model working with CRNAs
• •Practice at:
• •Essentia Heath Fargo – 133 bed hospital – Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center

REQUIREMENTS

• •BC/BE in Anesthesia
• •Cardiac Fellowship and advanced TEE Certification

LOCATION

• •Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
• •3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• •Fargo-Moorhead population: 224,000
• •Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals

COMPENSATION

$660, 672. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
