Assist in the development and delivery of education, coaching and guidance for personnel involved in the injury management process, building capability and understanding in musculoskeletal injury prevention, assessment and management.
Work collaboratively with Safety and operational teams to contribute to injury investigations, identify contributing factors, develop preventative action plans, and apply biopsychosocial principles to musculoskeletal injury prevention and management.
Provide support to the Human Factors team as required, including the completion of ergonomic and psychosocial risk assessments and contributing to broader workplace health, wellbeing and injury prevention initiatives.
