• PILOT
• SpaceX is looking for an in-house pilot for various aircraft. You will have the opportunity to fly both domestically and internationally from local airports.

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• - Ensure aircraft ground servicing items such as fuel, oil, oxygen, etc. are monitored and accomplished according to standard operating procedures
• - Complete flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks for each assignment
• - Complete passenger briefings according to company policy and regulation
• - Utilize Threats, Plans, and Considerations briefing methodology for briefings and to mitigate operational risks
• - Maintain a current first class medical certificate

• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• - High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• - 3,000+ hours total flight time
• - First class medical certificate

• PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• - Boeing 737 type rating
• - G650 type rating
• - 500+ hours time in type

• ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• - Within 2-4 hour travel distance to LAX
• - Ability to work on an on-call basis
• - Current passport
• - Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg

• ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
• - To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
