Position Summary

Responsible for supporting production planning and execution activities by ensuring accurate and timely system transactions in SAP, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery targets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• •Execute Manufacturing Orders (MO) in SAP, ensuring all required master data (quantities, BOM, routing) is accurate and aligned with production plans.
• •Perform MO-related system transactions to support smooth production execution.
• •Monitor and follow up on open MOs, highlighting delays, and updating completion status to ensure adherence to production schedules.
• •Perform production confirmations and time ticket entries in SAP, ensuring accurate recording of production output, labor time, and scrap.
• •Ensure all system transactions and confirmations are completed prior to MO closure to maintain accurate WIP records.
• •Support material preparation activities by ensuring required materials are available to avoid production delays.
• •Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
• •Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational procedures, and system requirements.
• •Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

Education

• •SPM / O-Level / High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• •Diploma in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field is an added advantage.

Experience

• •Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in production planning, manufacturing, or related environment.
• •Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may be considered.

Technical & Working Skills

• •Basic knowledge of SAP (Manufacturing Order / Production module) is an advantage.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• •Familiarity with manufacturing processes and documentation.
