• •Years of Exp: 8+ Years
• •Education : BE / B.Tech
• •Desirable Skills : Experience on BMS/IBMS Project execution & Planning. Experience in commercial buildings, data centers, industrial, and critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Plan and execute IBMS, Fire & Security projects, including Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, Access Control, CCTV, PAVA, BMS, and integrated security systems.
• •Develop project schedules, resource plans, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• •Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• •Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.
• •Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• •Monitor project costs, risks, and change management to achieve project profitability.
• •Prepare project reports, documentation, as-built drawings, and handover packages.
• •Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
• •Resolve technical and site issues and manage customer escalations effectively.
• •Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and project milestones for IBMS projects.
• •Prepare and track project timelines using MS project, Primavera or equivalent planning tools.

Technical, soft skills required

• •Practical knowledge on BMS /IBMS.
• •HVAC, Electrical & Mechanical systems basic
• •MS Project planning
• •MS Excel & Power point
• •Customer facing & internal team communication skills
• •Good verbal & non-verbal communication skills, effective coordination with internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of the project
