Your Role

As a Platform Administrator , you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of business-critical platforms and applications within Hydro Generation environments. You will work closely with infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure platform availability, security, and performance while supporting operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

• •Administer and support enterprise platforms hosted on Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• •Perform server maintenance, patch deployment, and platform upgrades.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, platform issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• •Support application deployment activities and coordinate with development and support teams.
• •Monitor application and server health to ensure platform stability and availability.
• •Manage security patches, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
• •Support authentication, authorization, and SSL/TLS certificate management activities.

Your Profile

Domain Experience

Mandatory: Hydro Power Generation Domain Experience

• •Experience working within Hydro Generation environments.
• •Understanding of hydro plant operations, operational systems, and business processes.
• •Familiarity with asset management, power generation workflows, and operational technology ecosystems.
• •Ability to support business-critical applications used in hydro generation operations.

Strong expertise in:

• •Microsoft Windows Server Administration
• •Windows Patching & Patch Management
• •Microsoft .NET Framework (4.x and above)
• •C#
• •ASP.NET / Web Applications
• •SQL Server

Additionally:

• •Experience with Angular and/or React-based applications .
• •Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.

Infrastructure & Security

• •Windows OS hardening and security practices.
• •Microsoft security updates and vulnerability management.
• •SSL/TLS certificates, authentication, and authorization concepts.
• •Application and server performance monitoring.
• •Experience with server health checks, log analysis, and platform maintenance activities.
• •Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements.
