The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, modernization, and support of enterprise platform services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in infrastructure engineering, platform operations, automation, middleware, scheduling, database management, file transfer solutions, and production support within large-scale enterprise environments.

The role requires leadership in driving platform stability, automation, observability, resiliency, security, and operational excellence while partnering with business, application, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering and data integration solutions for enterprise data platforms.
• •Build and support ETL/ELT workflows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Data IKU, and related technologies.
• •Develop and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting.
• •Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, reconciliation, and compliance across data ecosystems.
• •Design and tune Oracle database solutions, including SQL/PLSQL procedures, packages, and performance optimization.
• •Support and enhance enterprise data warehouse solutions, including RFO Master and Satellite data models.
• •Provide L2/L3 production support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data platform incidents.
• •Develop automation solutions using Python and Shell scripting to improve operational efficiency and monitoring.
• •Collaborate with Business, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• •Support risk and regulatory reporting platforms by ensuring accurate, complete, and audit-ready reporting data.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field

8+ years of relevant experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Enterprise Operations

Relevant Cloud, Infrastructure, Automation, or Platform Engineering certifications preferred

UNIX/Linux and Windows Server Administration

Tivoli Work Scheduler (TWS), Python, and Shell Scripting

Oracle Database and SQL

VMware/Hyper-V, NAS Storage, and Infrastructure Operations

Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Oracle Data Integrator

Firewall Management, Security Compliance, and Access Management

SAP Business Objects and Enterprise Reporting Tools

Azure Cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift

DevOps and CI/CD practices

Monitoring & Observability Tools

Disaster Recovery and ITIL Service Management
