What You’ll Do

• •Perform installations of water heaters (tank and tankless), sewer lines, and plumbing remodels for residential and light commercial properties
• •Diagnose plumbing installation requirements and provide effective solutions for customers
• •Utilize Service Titan to manage service calls, schedules, and customer information efficiently
• •Collaborate with the office team and fellow technicians for smooth communication
• •Uphold our standards of quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service
• •Provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers based on installation needs
• •Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• •3–5 years of experience in residential and light commercial plumbing installations, including water heaters, sewer lines, and remodels
• •Proficiency with Service Titan or similar service management software
• •Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and complete plumbing installation tasks effectively
• •Valid driver’s license
