We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions. Weekend and evening availability is required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Duties & Responsibilities

• •Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
• •Gather bins of dishes and supplies from the kitchens
• •Organize dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaning
• •Safely handle and change out dish machine chemicals as needed
• •Wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment
• •Deliver dishes, utensils, and equipment to their designated locations
• •Promptly report equipment quality issues to a Manager
• •Complete all opening, closing, and side duties
• •Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect.

Requirements

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Handlers Card. Previous dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.

• •Stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
• •Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
• •Lift and carry 30+ lbs
• •Work in a hot, humid, and occasionally loud environment
• •Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
• •Stack and place items on high and low shelves
• •Bend, reach, stoop, and move quickly
• •Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• •Take direction and work well with multiple personality types
