Job Description Summary:

We are currently looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities

• •Monitor progress of existing initiatives and projects by conducting and leading meetings with all relevant business lines and platform functions
• •Support the definition of KPI that inform the progress and performance of projects and dashboards that summarise the overall status of the execution of the business plan
• •Ensure that projects have clarity and consistency across the following dimensions: rationale, KPI, action plan for delivery, value and interdependencies with other projects
• •Oversee the delivery of the initiatives and projects by developing and deploying a methodology, process and Project and Program Management standardization best practices
• •Sponsor change management across PMO’s stakeholders towards value/impact-based prioritization and resource allocation to maximise value delivery
• •Report changes, updates, or necessary adjustments on action plans, ensuring thorough documentation of program changes and outcomes
• •Propose improvements to current processes, tools, reporting templates to ensure an optimal performance of the PMO team
• •Facilitate project execution by providing area leads with the necessary support from a PMO point of view
• •Identify and report the operational risks associated with the delivery of Initiatives and projects and define mitigation measures in collaboration with Initiative leaders
• •Support the reporting of the execution of the business strategy in the required forums, e.g., Performance Review Meetings, ExCo, Board, etc.
• •Ensure the valuation of all projects in Nadara’s portfolio, both protective and accretive, is up to date and informs business priorities, with the support of the project owners (business assumptions) and the NAV team (value impact analysis triggered by those assumptions)
• •Take forward key cross-function special projects in line with the strategy and Board priorities
• •Identify and manage interdependencies across projects, which may cause unforeseen delays or suboptimal progress

Key competencies and skills

• •Excellent organisation and planning skills
• •Critical thinking to challenge current thinking and propose potential improvements
• •Proficient communication and presentation skills
• •Business acumen to maximise transformation impact
• •Ability to facilitate monitoring and tracking by driving meetings and workshops
• •Data management using state of the art software
• •Proficiency in English
• •5+ years of experience in consulting or transformation programmes (energy projects preferred)

Salary range: 35K-45K + variable bonus and benefits

The compensation range indicated in the job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with EU pay transparency.
