As a PMO - ERP Delivery Lead you will oversee delivery workstreams within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, guiding program coordination, tracking milestones, and helping teams manage ERP implementation activities across the engagement lifecycle. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, organize priorities across multiple workstreams, build meaningful client connections, mentor junior team members, and use critical thinking to interpret feedback and adjust plans as project needs change.
In this role at PwC, you will support field service and operations modernization efforts within Functional & Industry Technologies, bringing structure to delivery activities, monitoring dependencies, and helping translate business objectives into practical action. You will collaborate across technical and business teams, contribute to clear reporting and issue resolution, and develop a deeper understanding of how ERP delivery supports broader client goals while growing your leadership presence and professional brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes
- Create/manage project plan, milestones, RAID , dependencies, and governance cadence (status reporting)
- Drive Agile / hybrid delivery : sprint/release planning, execution tracking, and delivery transparency along with ERP manual testing
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: Functional, Technical, Data, Integration, Testing, Cutover, Change
- Manage stakeholders, decisions, and escalations, ensure clear communication and alignment
- Ensure readiness for SIT/UAT , defect triage, cutover planning, and go-live support
- Manage change requests and scope impacts, recommend trade-offs and mitigation actions
Must-have Skills
- Strong client-facing delivery leadership and project management/Agile fundamentals
- Hands-on understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle (phase-gates, quality checkpoints, testing/cutover readiness) and ERP / SAP functional Testing
- Strong communication, risk management, and dependency management
Tools
Jira/Azure DevOps (preferred), MS Project/Smartsheet, Confluence/SharePoint, Excel/PowerPoint
Nice-to-have
- SAFe/Scrum experience, PMP/CSM/SAFe certifications, exposure to regulated delivery (esp. Pharma)
- ERP / SAP basic Testing certification
