Job Summary: This position supports general operations of our service department in a variety of tasks to help the day to day pace of the dealership. This may include but is not limited to the following responsibilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• •Transporting customers to and from dealership within the area.
• •Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles.
• •Vacuuming and assisting in washing process of customer vehicles.
• •Check in Rental Cars.
• •Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience.

Skills / Items Required:

• •To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
• •Valid Driver’s License
• •Team player attitude
• •Customer service oriented
• •Excellent follow through skills
• •Previous Customer Service experience
• •Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• •Be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• •Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
