How You’ll Shine?

As a Porter, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• •Assist guests with luggage, including transporting bags to and from rooms safely and efficiently
• •Support the Front Office team with guest arrivals, departures, and general concierge-style assistance
• •Greeting and registering of owners and guests
• •Assist with valet parking processes
• •Providing information to local area attractions, completion of all department related paperwork
• •Using all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers
