Power Automate Developer

Experienced RPA Developer with a strong background in Microsoft Power Automate to design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating workflows, managing automation projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities that utilize Power Automate flows. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, document workflows, and implement solutions that meet business needs. Optimize existing automation workflows to improve performance and scalability. Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, compliance standards, and security protocols. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation-related issues effectively. Provide training and support to end-users on Power Automate workflows and capabilities. Continuously monitor and assess the impact of automation on business processes, and propose refinements for further efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an RPA Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate. Strong understanding of RPA concepts and workflow automation. Proficiency in creating and managing Power Automate flows, connectors, and integrations with other Microsoft 365 applications. Experience with scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python. Familiarity with API-based integrations and third-party platforms. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and deliver efficient solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical terms for non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Power Automate certification. Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a plus. Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative development environment. Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI. Shift time -Regular Work Mode(WFO/WFH) As per Accenture Policy-Hybrid basis project requirements
