Your Role

• •We are seeking a skilled Power BI / Power Platform Developer to join Gentherm team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI along with hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate . Exposure to Databricks, SQL , and Azure technologies will be highly beneficial. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data-driven solutions to support business decision-making.
• •Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• •Develop and enhance business applications using Power Apps
• •Build and manage workflows and automation using Power Automate
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
• •Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and optimize report performance
• •Work with SQL to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
• •Support data engineering or analytics workloads with exposure to Databricks
• •Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance best practices
• •Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• •Provide documentation and support for developed solutions

Your Profile

• •Strong hands-on experience 7+ Years in Power BI (reports, dashboards, DAX, data modeling)
• •Experience with Power Platform tools:
• •Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps)
• •Power Automate (cloud flows, integrations)
• •Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
• •Basic exposure to Databricks
• •Understanding of data warehousing and BI concepts
• •Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (is a plus)
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
