Key duties and responsibilities

• •Reasons for position : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into insightful and visually appealing dashboards and reports that drive business decisions. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis, report creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualification and Experience

• •1. Report Development and Visualization:
• •Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• •Implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs and align with stakeholders' requirements.

• •2. Data Preparation and Transformation:
• •Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
• •Optimize data models for performance and usability in Power BI.

• •3. Collaboration:
• •Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
• •Provide technical support to users for Power BI-related tasks.

• •4. Data Integration and Connectivity:
• •Connect Power BI to diverse data sources like SQL databases, Excel, and cloud-based platforms.
• •Ensure secure and reliable data connections.

• •5. Quality Assurance:
• •Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy in reports.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

• •6. Continuous Improvement:
• •Monitor and enhance dashboard performance.
• •Stay updated on Power BI features and best practices, implementing new functionalities to improve reporting

Skills Required

• •Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• •Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and visualization.
• •Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling).
• •Knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• •Familiarity with data integration tools and workflows.
• •Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
