Job Description

Role Summary / Purpose:

Acts as a member of the development team providing solutions that meet technical and cost needs. Works with engineering, supply chain and other functional business teams to deliver complete electrical design for power converters or power converter subsystems.

Essential Responsibilities:

• •Read and understand the full scope of the product or project, including technical specifications
• •Participate in technical discussions internally and with suppliers and customers to identify appropriate solutions
• •Take responsibility for the full electrical design and coordination throughout the entire product lifecycle, from the project phase through final testing and completion
• •Provide manufacturing support throughout the process when necessary
• •Identify opportunities for improvement while meeting cost and delivery expectations
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications / Requirements:

• •Strong technical knowledge in Power Electronics for high power applications
• •Fluent in English
