The Role:

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to work hands-on across PPC, landing page testing and performance analysis at Numan. Reporting into the Head of Growth, you'll support our PPC Lead day to day and turn their strategy into live campaigns, ad copy tests and landing pages.

The job covers the whole path from search ad to sign-up. You might spend the morning writing and testing ad copy in Google Ads, and the afternoon building a landing page variant in the CMS. Every week you'll pull the numbers together and explain what moved and why.

You're comfortable in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor and can make considered changes without a step-by-step brief. You're happy building and editing pages yourself in a CMS. You also reach for AI and tooling to take the repetitive work out of the day and get to insight faster.
