Job Summary:**

Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern (Practicante Recursos Humanos) to support our HR department in various daily operations and projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities:**

• * Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• * Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
• * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• * Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
• * Support the coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.
• * Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• * Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• * Assist with compliance-related tasks and HR policy implementation.
• * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• * Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Qualifications:**

• * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• * Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
• * Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
