Practice Manager

Job Description​

The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Practice Manager for our Shoal Creek Primary Care/Multispecialty clinic.

The Shift:

The is a full time day shift position working M-F

The Work:

• •The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning, coordination and delivery of services.
• •Works collaboratively with physician operations leadership.
• •Assumes a leadership role in planning, developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction.
• •Provides practice management for a large and or multiple practices sometimes in multiple locations.
• •Proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial quality and patient satisfaction improvement.
• •Independently identifies needs plans and successfully works within practice budgets.
• •Provides management to staff.
• •Previous healthcare management strongly preferred.
