Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Workstream Support

· Support one or more transformation workstreams

· Break down complex topics into structured work packages

· Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions

2. Analysis & Problem Solving

· Perform data-driven analyses

· Prepare hypotheses, insights, and decision-ready materials

· Support business cases, KPI definitions, baseline & impact tracking

3. Stakeholder Interaction

· Collaborate with project leads, functional experts, and country teams

· Prepare and consolidate inputs for steering committees and management reviews

· Document outcomes, actions, and follow-ups

4. Documentation & Enablement

· Create clear, structured PowerPoint and Excel deliverables

· Support development of playbooks, guidelines, SOPs, or rollout materials

· Ensure knowledge transfer at project milestones

Expected Deliverables

· Structured problem statement & target picture

· Management-ready slides

· analytical models / KPI Definition & KPI Reports / Dashboards

· Process maps or improvement proposals

· Final project summary with lessons learned

The role is successful if:

· Defined project deliverables are completed on time and with quality

· The student can independently own a coherent work package

· Outputs are management-usable, not just academic

Required Profile

Education

· Bachelor or Master student in:

o Business Administration, Economics

o Data / Analytics / Information Systems

Skills & Capabilities

· Strong analytical and structured thinking

· Very good Excel & PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, structured slides)

· Ability to work independently on defined problem statements

· Clear written and verbal communication

· Professional working proficiency in English (local language a pl
