• This is an early-career attorney opportunity focused on representing employees in workplace-related disputes before litigation begins.
• You will work closely with a lead pre-litigation attorney who will delegate matters, provide hands-on training, and progressively expand your responsibilities.
• Your work will span case development, negotiation support, client communication, valuation, and demand strategy.
• You will be expected to take ownership of assigned work, meet clear deadlines, and keep matters moving consistently.
• The environment is highly process-driven, with weekly performance metrics and direct feedback designed to accelerate professional development.
• As your skills and judgment develop, you will take on increasingly complex negotiations, matters, and strategic decisions.
