About The Role

As a Coordinator within the Pre & Post Route Operations organization, you will support driver partners with inquiries about payment, routes, accounts, and a variety of other topics. You will also support our Ground Ops and Logistics organizations, serving as a central support center for making necessary package and route adjustments live.

Compensation & Schedule:

26K COP per hour.

We have schedules starting at the following times:

Various schedules

All schedules include work on weekends, holidays, and overnights.

Schedules include 5 shifts & 2 days off per week.

What you’ll do:

Be the first point of contact for driver issues and internal team needs

Solve complex problems with a focus on detail to serve both driver partners and internal operations teams

Respond to emails; review background checks and handle internal request tasks

Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day-to-day tasks

Work with Veho management to develop and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes

What You Bring:

Ability to quickly navigate technology, multitasking with multiple systems

Work well in a fast-paced environment that is, at times, has high incoming email/chat volumes

Excellent verbal and written communication

Detail orientation

Experienced with Zendesk, Chekr, Slack (nice to have)

This opportunity is based in Bogotá, Colombia and offers the chance to partner with Veho as we expand globally. This engagement will begin under a contractor arrangement.
