We are hiring a customer-facing Presales Engineer to lead technical discovery, tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution design for enterprise prospects evaluating our software testing and quality-engineering platform.

The ideal candidate combines a strong technical foundation in QA space with customer-facing solutioning experience. They should be able to engage credibly with engineering and QA teams, understand complex testing challenges, and articulate our capabilities in terms of tangible operational and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• •Lead technical discovery to understand a prospect’s applications, testing maturity, release workflow, toolchain, integrations, security needs, stakeholders, and decision criteria.
• •Deliver tailored product demos, workshops, architecture discussions, and technical presentations for QA, engineering, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• •Scope and run POCs with clear use cases, customer commitments, success criteria, milestones, risks, and a conversion plan.
• •Partner with Account Executives/Sales leadership to develop technical win plans, address objections, and progress enterprise opportunities.
• •Handle technical evaluations, RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, integration discussions, and solution-design requests.
• •Advise prospects on test automation strategy, CI/CD integration, test reliability, regression efficiency, and implementation best practices.
• •Translate product capabilities into quantified customer value—for example, reduced regression effort, faster release cycles, lower test-maintenance cost, improved automation coverage, and reduced production-defect risk—and build credible ROI/value cases for buyers.
• •Create reusable demo environments, discovery frameworks, POC templates, solution briefs, and competitive/technical collateral.
• •Feed recurring customer needs, objections, gaps, and market insights back to Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• •Ensure a structured technical handoff from closed-won opportunities to implementation or customer-success teams.

Ideal candidate profile

• •4–7 years of overall experience, with meaningful early hands-on work in software development, QA, SDET, test automation, or implementation.
• •2–4 years in a customer-facing technical role: Presales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solution Consultant, Technical Consultant, or similar.
• •Strong experience in QA/testing and automation, including practical familiarity with tools and concepts such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, API testing, CI/CD, Git, Jira, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, cloud testing, and test frameworks.
• •Can communicate confidently with QA leads, engineering leaders, architects, product teams, and executive sponsors.
• •Has led or materially contributed to tailored demos, POCs, technical discovery, solution proposals, and enterprise evaluations.
• •Comfortable navigating integrations, APIs, SSO/RBAC, security reviews, cloud/SaaS architecture, and enterprise buying processes.
• •Commercially aware: able to turn technical outcomes into a business case, quantify impact, and support sales teams through complex deal cycles.
• •High ownership and comfortable operating in an early-stage SaaS environment.
