PRESS HELPER- 1st & 2nd Shift

Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• •Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds during a normal workday.
• •Must be able to properly use and understand the required measurement equipment including tape measures, and other tools as required by specific jobs.
• •Participate in the principles of teamwork.
• •Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• •Must operate and perform at speeds necessary to meet production demand.
• •Must be able to bend, reach, and stand for 8 hours or more hours per day.
• •Must have good hand - eye coordination.
• •Be able to work overtime when needed.

It’d be great if you also have:

• •Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• •Basic math skills.
• •Ability to properly use and understand the required measurement equipment, including tape measures and other tools required by specific jobs.

During a typical workday, you can expect to:

• •Bend, reach, stoop, squat, and stand for 8 hours.
• •Have good hand-eye coordination.
• •Occasional lifting of 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds.
• •Understand machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly as Job assignments.

Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.75 per hour

• •8 hour shift
• •Day shift- 7a-3p
• •Night shift- 3p-11p
• •Monday to Friday
• •Overtime
• •Weekend availability

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• •Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• •Industrial equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
• •Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
