Press Operator (3rd Shift)

We’ve got half a million customers, mostly small and medium businesses in North America, the UK, and Europe – businesses that, like us, get all excited about putting something real and beautiful into people’s hands. Does that make us nerds? Probably, and we’re ok with that.

Today, we’re more than 400 people with our global HQ in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO and with our most recent office expansion in Cape Town South Africa.

Our press operators run either HP or Konica Minolta presses which include managing print quality, routine maintenance and following production processes and managing substrates with minimal supervision. You'll be apart of the larger Manufacturing team in our East Providence facility.

We welcome all types of people but to succeed in this role, there are four things we really need.

• •Physical fitness
• No need to be a CrossFit champ, but you will need to stand for the whole shift (except meal and rest periods of course), move and lift up to 55 pounds and be able to bend or twist at the waist and knees.

• •People skills
• We’re a real team, so you’ll be a good communicator and keen to help out and assist others when needed.

• •Good work ethic
• Without you, there is no MOO. So, to keep our customers thrilled, we need good time management skills, high levels of concentration and a willingness to work overtime - including during the weekend when customer demand requires it.

• •Mechanical Aptitude
• Machines can be a bit quirky sometimes and you will need to be able to trouble shoot issues and work with service technicians to do minor repairs to the press.
